Printing issues
1. Your password may be expired and preventing you from connecting to the print server. * You can reset your password here: https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/ChangePassword.aspx (Restart your computer after changing your password) 2. You may need printers added to your computer. * Contact the Service Desk with your location and we can assist with installing printers. You can call 713-696-1300 or email servicedesk@hcde-texas.org. 3-Check the basics : Is the printer powered on? Does the printer have paper? Are all the necessary cables connected? Is the network connection working? Does the printer have ink toner? 4. Turn off your printer, unplug for a few minutes and then plug the printer again. If that still doesn't work, try turning the printer and your computer off, and then start it back up again.
