Printing issues
1. Your password may be expired and preventing you from connecting to the print server.
* You can reset your password here: https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/ChangePassword.aspx (Restart your computer after changing your password)
2. You may need printers added to your computer.
* Contact the Service Desk with your location and we can assist with installing printers. You can call 713-696-1300 or email servicedesk@hcde-texas.org.
3-Check the basics :
- Is the printer powered on?
- Does the printer have paper?
- Are all the necessary cables connected?
- Is the network connection working?
- Does the printer have ink toner?
4. Turn off your printer, unplug for a few minutes and then plug the printer again. If that still doesn't work, try turning the printer and your computer off, and then start it back up again.
