HP M570 Printer not responding
M570's have an issue when they run out of ink and have jobs in the print que. It makes the printer unresponsive and the control panel will not work. Here is something that will resolve this issue.
1. Power Down the printer by holding the power button till it turns off.
2. Disconnect printer from wall.
3. Disconnect network cable.
4. Hold power button for 30 secs.
5. Reconnect printer to power and turn on. Let printer load up completely.
6. Hit the ink button on the upper right hand corner of display.
7. Replace the ink cartridge indicated to be empty.
8. Let printer recalibrate.
9. Plug back the ethernet cord to printer.
Be aware that everything in the print que will be printed after this, so make sure that you review what is in the que and if there is something printed several times over to delete it. This will only work for jobs you created. If you notice someone else with several jobs that look the same have them remove those items from their print que.
