Deleting Time Off Requests

If an employee has a leave request that has been Approved by their manager, the manager must complete the following 3 steps to completely and correctly remove the request. Otherwise the person could still have the leave charged to their leave bank. 


1st Step - Unapprove leave in Employee Hours

  1. Navigate to Hours -> Individual Hours and select the desired employee
  2. Remove the check from the Manager approval column and select Apply Changes                                
  3. Right click on the segment and select Delete                                                                                                                                                                          


Step 2 - Delete from Request Manager

  1. Navigate to Tools -> Requests -> Request Manager
  2. Select the employee's leave on the calendar               
  3. Right click on the request and select the delete                                          
  4. On the pop up message select Ok to confirm deletition
