Deleting Time Off Requests
If an employee has a leave request that has been Approved by their manager, the manager must complete the following 3 steps to completely and correctly remove the request. Otherwise the person could still have the leave charged to their leave bank.
1st Step - Unapprove leave in Employee Hours
- Navigate to Hours -> Individual Hours and select the desired employee
- Remove the check from the Manager approval column and select Apply Changes
- Right click on the segment and select Delete
Step 2 - Delete from Request Manager
- Navigate to Tools -> Requests -> Request Manager
- Select the employee's leave on the calendar
- Right click on the request and select the delete
- On the pop up message select Ok to confirm deletition
